By mastering these points, you will be able to run faster, easier, and most importantly injury free. You will have the opportunity to have your gait analyzed on camera and have the chance to practice the Good Form technique which will dramatically effect your running form.

    Couch to 5 K Training Program In-Store Event

    This program is for both runners and walkers who have either never done a 5K or who are out of practice and want to get back into the 5K groove! We will have running groups at each of our three Detroit area stores (Farmington Hills, Troy, & Utica). Our goal race for all three groups is the Detroit Free Press 5k on October 15, 2016 -- if you have another goal race in mind, however, feel free to join us and use the program to train for your race!
