This is a free service to customers located within the 50 United States, (including Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Box addresses) and who are shipping a return via UPS. The Free Returns Online process generates a prepaid UPS shipping label, therefore, you must have access to a printer to complete online returns/exchanges.
