JOIN US for a FREE New Balance Running Club 5K Training Program geared for Spring 2017 Races, led by Arnett Hirsch, USATF Certified Running Coach.
FREE 8 WEEK 5K TRAINING PROGRAM - All ages and abilities are welcome!
This FREE 5K Training Program, with a focus on GOOD FORM RUNNING, is designed for a beginning runner to run their first 5K event, and for more experienced runners to learn how to run faster and more efficiently and take their running to another level. Specific training plans will be provided along with twice weekly coaching sessions on WEDNESDAYS at 6 PM and SATURDAYS at 8 AM. In addition to Good Form Running, various clinics on proper nutrition, hydration, recovery, footwear and running gear will be provided. Plus, participants receive 20% store discounts, free tech shirt, snacks & refreshments and more!
