Good Form Walking incorporates three key principles of Stride, Footstrike and Posture that offers a more bio-mechanically efficient method of walking that lessens the stress on your body.
There will be a presentation and demonstration of the Good Form Walking principles plus coaching and video to help you learn how you can use Good Form Walking for your fitness and everyday walking.
