New Balance Raleigh-Durham is committed to your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase one of our Fit Specialists will work to find a solution that will work for you whether that requires a replacement of defective merchandise, or an exchange for a fit adjustment or a style that better suits your needs.
Refunds are limited to new and unworn merchandise within 30 days from purchase. Worn or defective merchandise will be replaced or store credit issued as appropriate. For new returns after 30 days store credit will be issued.
Our goal is to make sure our customers enjoy the fit, comfort and performance expected from the New Balance products that we offer. We will work diligently with you to provide exceptional customer service and a positive customer experience.
