 | First Watch Half Marathon Sunday, March 14, 2010 • Ringling Museum, SarasotaThe First Watch Sarasota Half Marathon & 5K is a flat, fast and scenic race. The race starts and finishes at the historic John and Mable Ringling Museum. The race is open to walkers and runners. Packet pick-up will be Saturday, March 13, 2010 at New Balance Sarasota, 1872 Stickney Point Rd, from 9 am until 6 pm. |  | Sammy's Run Saturday, May 29, 2010 • Oak Park School, SarasotaThis will be the second annual Sammy's Run. The race benefits the 22Q13 Deletion Foundation and Oak Park School where Sammy Lomas is a student. This is a Manasota Track Club sanctioned race as well as a certified road run. Packet pick-up will be May 26-28th from 10 am to 3 pm at Oak Park School and May 28th from 5-7 pm at Oak Park School. There will be a 1-mile fun run beginning at 7:15 am followed by the 5K at 7:45 am. Age group awards will be given out for the 5K and ribbons to all participants in the 1-mile. |  | Bill's Beer Run Sunday, October 31, 2010 • North Jetty Park, Casey KeyThis year marks the 22nd Annual Bill's Beer Run. This is a 5K Road Race and is a USATF certified course. There will also be a 1-mile fun run. This race benefits the MTC General Fund as well as the MTC Scholarship Fund. There will be plenty of food and fun after the race. Age group awards go ten deep. |  | MTC/New Balance Racing Series Friday, December 31, 2010 • Sarasota and Manatee County AreasThe MTC/New Balance Racing Series consists of 9 races in 2010 of varying distances. Points are accumulated based on an individual's top 6 finishes. For the fifth straight year New Balance Sarasota is proud to be supporting this event. |
