Long wait for shoes
Special ordered shoes; however, the sales clerk never actually placed my order (prepaid for them too). Spoke with Tim and he guaranteed he would reorder my shoes. I will update this post in a week to report the outcome. Right now I'm not a happy customer.

Yes, there still is customer service out there.
I don't know where to start. I haven't had the kind of customer service like Jeff provided by anyone else in years. He had patience to answer all questions and concern that I got the right shoes. He took all the time necessary to provide me with great shoes. Thumbs up to New Balance and their employees in Richmond Heights.
Excellent store, excellent retail opportunity
Excellent store. I have been numerous times, and the product, people, service and environment are always great. Just great. With retail steadily limping to what looks like it's ultimate demise, this is a great opportunity — citing the aforementioned assets, and more — to really leave an impression on customers and continue to grow the brand. A Trusted Place to Shop
I mistakenly left the tennis shoes that I wore into the store to buy my new ones. The manager who had waited on me found them & called me shortly after I left to double check that I wanted them back before they donated them. I appreciate that he went above and beyond because my shoes still had a few more miles in them.
